What is The Charge Grid as an MSP and what does it do exactly?

The Charge Grid is an electric mobility service provider (eMSP) offering charging services for electric cars. Our main goal is to make it easier for electric vehicle drivers to find and use charging stations.

Access to the largest charging network in Europe
Full transaction management and reporting
Roaming service, autonomously available

Whether you want to develop your brand's charging experience or expand your presence in Europe, we give e-mobility service providers the tools they need to win.

Here are our main responsibilities as an MSP:

Network Access: We provide access to an extensive network of charging stations, often through roaming agreements with CPOs.
User-Friendly App: We offer a mobile application where users can find charging stations, start/stop charging sessions, and view their charging history.
Payments: We process payments for charging sessions and ensure accurate invoicing.
Customer Service: We provide support to electric vehicle drivers in case of questions or issues.
